I just realized that I am fat. I must loose my weight to be in Welterweight class in MMA. I am getting into light heavyweight. God... By the way I am 5' 9" (178 cm). I am not tall and I don't want to be skinny either. Hope you guys had a good Easter. As you can see, I ate and ate over the Easter weekend. I must do some exercise!!!
